Auraline is a personal-safety wearable and mobile application provided by Auraline LLC. This policy explains when and why Auraline sends SMS text messages and how recipient consent, help, and opt-out requests are handled.

Message types: Non-marketing account notifications, one-time emergency-contact invitations, connection updates, and safety alerts.
HOW USERS OPT IN
Account holders provide consent during Auraline account registration. The user enters their own mobile number, actively checks a separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default, and verifies the number using a one-time passcode.
Before an emergency-contact invitation is sent, the account holder must obtain the intended recipient’s express permission to receive one invitation text. The account holder must complete a separate, unchecked confirmation in the Auraline application confirming that permission was obtained. Auraline records the invitation and consent confirmation. The recipient receives no recurring text messages unless they create an Auraline account, separately consent to SMS messages, and verify their own mobile number.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on your account activity (for example, emergency alerts triggered by an account holder you protect). Bodyguard does not send recurring marketing texts.
FEES
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
OPT-OUT
Reply STOP to any Bodyguard text to stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and nothing further. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the details below.
